There is no TGA authorized official housing provider for The 2022 Travel Goods Show.
No company or provider has authorization or permission from TGA to serve as an official provider on housing arrangements, including room blocks, in Las Vegas for The 2022 Travel Goods Show.
You should expect to receive solicitations via email, phone, fax, or letter from companies and housing providers claiming to offer housing in Las Vegas for The 2022 Travel Goods Show. Please note that these companies are not authorized to represent TGA nor do they have access to officially contracted TGA room blocks or rates in Las Vegas.
These unauthorized companies may falsely use TGA’s logo and claim to be affiliated with or working on behalf of TGA, but all too often they are scam artists who don’t deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent or the hotels are not conveniently located. Sometimes the rooms have been cancelled and hefty cancellation fees have been placed on the customer’s credit card. TGA will not ask for you to fill out a paper form to collect credit card information to secure hotel rooms. All credit card information is gathered online by the hotels directly. If any of these unauthorized companies contact you about hotel reservations for The 2022 Travel Goods Show, do not book with them and contact TGA immediately. Booking with them puts you at risk, and TGA cannot be held responsible.
In 2022, TGA will be co-locating with ASD Market Week at the Las Vegas Convention Center from February 27-March 1. Please note that TGA exhibitors and attendees will have access to ASD’s hotels at deeply discounted rates. Information on official room blocks for The 2022 Show will be available in October.
