This week, the Senate will approve the TGA-supported bi-partisan infrastructure package, which will make critical investments in port, rail, and road infrastructure. Company Files Complaint Against Ocean Carriers for Collusion/Price Manipulation/Breach of Contract — Provide TGA Examples to Support Complaint

On August 3, household furnishings manufacturer MCS Holdings filed a complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) alleging ocean carriers COSCO and MSC colluded to breach contracts and manipulate prices. TGA plans to support the complaint, but we need examples from you to do so. Not only for COSCO and MSC but for any ocean carrier. We need details such as what is in the complaint. Examples can be anonymous. FMC has not commented yet on the complaint.
