Princeton, New Jersey — Holiday travel season is here. And so is the travel-themed November/December issue of Travel Goods Showcase, highlighting this season’s smartest travel goods, product trends and the latest news from the nation’s travel goods specialty retailers.

November/December issue features include:

  • America is Traveling Again — Travelers are paring down in an effort to dodge luggage fees and overweight bag charges. Multi-tasking bags, ultracompact multi-purpose travel clothing, electronic gadget carriers and everyday bags are the travel goods that are helping them cope. This is the traveling mindset of the future, and it's here now. These are the goods that make it work, and what shoppers are hunting for now.

  • New Luggage and Travel Accessories — This issue's photo features showcase the newest luggage — sleek, lightweight and ready to roll — along with the accessories that keep you sorted out and organized while on the go.

  • Future Retail — Consumers are spending again, but it’s still hard work getting them in the door. We talk with some of this industry’s savviest retailers about trends they’re seeing at their level, how they’re coping, and what they’re doing to jump-start their business as we ramp up into the holiday season.

  • The Travel Goods Show Preview — An exhibitor list and events schedule are among the useful tidbits you’ll find in our Show Preview. It's everything you need to know about attending or exhibiting at the world’s largest travel goods show, taking place March 6-8, 2011, at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

Whether you need to know what's happening in the travel goods industry, or see the latest trends in luggage and travel gear, you’ll find it in the November/December issue of Travel Goods Showcase, hitting mailboxes now. Look for it, or contact Kim Wong,, 877-842-1938, x-705.
