More California Proposition 65 Notices Issued

July 5, 2018 – New “60-day” notices have been issued alleging that brands and retailers sold totes, handbags (Notice 1Notice 2Notice 3Notice 4Notice 5Notice 6Notice 7Notice 8Notice 9Notice 10Notice 11), travel pillows, travel kits/cases (Notice 1Notice 2Notice 3), travel bags (Notice 1Notice 2Notice 3Notice 4), luggage tagsplannersaccessory bags, wallets (Notice 1Notice 2Notice 3Notice 4Notice 5), waterproof phone bags (Notice 1Notice 2), backpacks (Notice 1Notice 2Notice 3Notice 4Notice 5), swimsuit sacks, and luggage tag sewing kits in California that contained di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and/or diisononyl phthalate (DINP) in violation of a California law known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65). The notices serve as intent to bring lawsuits against the recipients of the notices that sold these products.
